Well, there is a bedbug registry (google it). But unless the report is from a few days before your stay, it won't really matter. If bedbugs (in any hotel, chain or otherwise) were reported & then the room cleaned according to get-rid-of-bedbug-protocol, the prior report of bedbugs in the room wouldn't be valid for your stay as they'd be gone.
