Sitting at gate 10 yesterday waiting on AC 907, MCO - YYZ. The GA announces a gate change to 22 because, "The captain was supposed to come here, but he's going to go to gate 22 instead".

We all traipsed round to 22 where 5 minutes later she again gets on the PA and says, "The captain has now decided to go to gate 10 after all".

We ended up taking off from 10, about 90 minutes late.
