Deer - the OP has stated that the rate she is getting the FS for is the upper end of her budget - I hardly think the Aman will come within that upper limit!
Nerdgrl - I suggest you take DavidO's advice and book the FS through an FS Preferred Agent- I think David is himself but there are others. The breakfast will set you up for the day so you will not need lunch and your only other food expences will be dinner which I suggest you have one night at the FS and the other nights in Ubud.
If you do feel like lunch one day I suggest you try the suckling pig at Ibu Oka as visited by Anthony Bourdain -
