Thanks. I am coming from the world of UA where nothing happens unless you call 10 times and over-request.

Looks like the only 2 options for getting into BKK at arriving at 8:40p or at 6:50p (our next flt departs at 12:10a)

Which arrival do you all think we'd be better off with? A 5:20 hour layover or a 3:30 layover?
