Yup, its the worst one by far.
I always thought it was a "user" problem when people complained about this kind of problems, until I had to redeem some seats and had to see the nightmare by myself. I can't believe how easy was to book a couple of Business Class seats in IBERIA/AA, high availability any date I wanted, no YQ, and no more than 5 minutes with an agent.
