Whether or not FLL needs it, is a different story. Is it just that horrible during large cruise departures? or is it because of construction in or around the terminal?
Apparently, yes it is. Because it was too many passengers who coming off from the cruise ship during early morning. The lines will be a longer. I would considered FAA & DOT will have change the bag requirement time. This should have 45-minutes before departed flight. Because too many checked bags is being screened into CTX machine. It will take a longer. I think they have spent more extra time to come at airport early. DL should have to change. They have be there at FLL airport is 2.5 hours in advance. There is no restricted 2 hour. Because TSA is screened all checked bags by downstairs. Soon, TSA will install new inline baggage screening system. Because they doesn't have enough x-ray machine at entire DL terminal 2. They already have 3 CTX-5500 & 2 L3 Communications.
