2 DOUBLE BEDS NONSMOKING, no upgrade, hotel completely full
Gold and Platinum get choice of welcome amenity: 2-for-1 beverage in the bar, $5 off in the restaurant, or 1000 points. They (sometimes) serve a buffet breakfast, so I used the $5 off. When there is no buffet, Plats also get a coupon for free coffee.

How are the rooms?
My room was renovated in recent memory. Everything in good shape. Smallish bathroom.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
Excellent location - three blocks to downtown
Tho I didn't use it, they offer a free shuttle within 5 miles, which includes the train station
Room in surprisingly good condition
Food decent and inexpensive

Bad:
Parking is pretty bad - when hotel is full there's not nearly enough - had to park on a nearby street
The main lobby has one tiny elevator

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Rooms were over $250 when I booked so I used 25k points - definitely worth the points for the location and condition of rooms
