Booked ANC-WWT rt for 10k. Great value compared to $817 sticker price for the 500mile trip. Pity Era doesn't let AS tack on $200 worth of FAI-ANC to the award. Another reason to book with AS (for golds) are the free changes, though from Hazen Bay I'll have to make changes by sat phone so not entirely free.

I'm tempted to book an eleven stop OME-OTZ flight that covers most of the state next summer as it appears allowed. 7H publishes a fare between the cities (required for AS redemption) but offers no easy routings between them. Would be fun flightseeing but 3d on beech's 'n cessnas sounds rough.
