Sorry, let me clarify my situation...
I'm trying to buy a J or D fare for next week. I am new to CX so I don't understand what I'm seeing on Expertflyer vs seat map on Cathay website.

I can understand blocking a couple seats for babies or premium seats for GO/DM. But still confused over "blocked" vs "premium".
