As CX SL I have never had a problem with checking two bags free and getting Priority AAccess on my BP, even without showing my card. AA's system seems to be quite good now at recognizing OW elites. Sidenote: I can even select their Preferred and Preferred Plus seats on AA.com once I enter my CX number.
