Not sure if I (or anyone really) wants to deal with doing so at the moment. When something like this happens, there are more important things to take care of. Oh, like cancelling lunch, leaving work in the middle of the day to checkout at the hotel and drag your luggage back to work.

Things like these should just not happen. Oh, and did I mention I only got credits for 1 out of the 10 "Make the right choice" cards that I collected between the two rooms I had for 8 days? So much for trusting the agent who said, "Sir, I'll go credit these into your account right away" upon checkout.
Sorry to rant.
