Yes, I do. Not because it sounds cool, but because it stops errors. Sometimes I do wonder if the call centres themselves should teach their staff this - reservation code A34QZ - "Alpha three four Quebec Zulu", "Ma'am I am having trouble finding that, A as in Alpha, 3, 4, K as in Kibek..." I reverted to grade school abc - 'Q as in Queen'!
