I must admit, having US CBP pre clearance at SNN and DUB makes returning to the US a little easier. Heck, if you're making a connection, it makes it a LOT easier.
It makes such a difference, I am surprised there hasn't been more US flights since the pre clearance opened. DUB/SNN would make a great hub for TATL flights, if only the airport was bigger.
