I get it:

Only on IE
Only when I'm clicking on the "Americas-USA" forum

When I click the Back Button, it asks me if I really want to go there without cleaning my computer, I tell it OK, and I surf like normal.

Seems to come up just once a day for me.

Might have fallen for it but for the bad grammer.
