Despite recent headlines, the vast majority of shootings occur within one specific subculture and are extremely unlikely to affect innocent bystanders. If you compare the city of Toronto to, say, urban parts of SD, I doubt SD will compare favorably. I know absolutely no one in Toronto who worries to any great degree about street crime.
As to frostbite, huh? You do realize frostbite is a medical condition, right? It's not just being cold. I certainly hope you don't find yourself getting frostbite ever, let alone year after year. But I don't find Toronto winters to be all that bad - and there's something to be said for walking around at night after a big snowfall, with the light reflecting off the snow and making everything so bright... but anyway, OT.

Oh, I see...it only happens amidst the black community so they don't count as shootings because..well., come on, they are not REAL Canadians. And I get what you mean about "innocent" (wink wink) bystanders. You mean whites, right?
