Another brilliant move by UA. My membership is also in conjunction with the Presidential Plus MasterCard. The UC membership expired the end of June. I paid the fee for the MasterCard the end of March. When the new card hadn't arrived by mid-June, I called the service center. They said it wasn't sent out for processing until a week earlier despite my having paid the renewal 2+ months earlier. I was travelling when it arrived. I would have been BS if I weren't 1K and instead needed the *G Lounge Access the card provides to access ANA's Lounge.

This just seems like another incompetently run program. Worse yet, they don't seem to understand the benefits of their own memberships and why customers need the actual card. They think we'll be able to get by a LH Senator Lounge dragon without the card? People have probably died trying!
