You just explained the issue facing United in a nutshell. $misek treats you(pilots, employees), me (loyal flyers), the FAA(government agencies) as hated adversaries to be crushed. A successful airline realizes that these things are symbiotic and making everyone happy (as much as that is possible) is key to offering a great product and creating a good business.I also want to thank you FAB and all the other great UA employees who take great care of us everyday and give us some reason to have hope for this airline.
