Well, I was told they were going to dry clean everything. Dry cleaning would have been fine, washing in hot water and drying on high heat was not. Lots of things shrank, the rest look old and worn out. Maybe my fault for assuming they'd dry clean sweaters, but still - they did say "dry clean everything".
It was leisure travel, so it's nothing I can get reimbursed for.
