Not an assumption I'd automatically jump to; bedbugs happen at dif properties of all chains. I doubt people are carrying around cannisters to open into hotel rooms to try & get compensation.
FWIW - I tend to give FTers the benefit of the doubt, especially when they start by praising a property's response to a situation (well, 1/2 praise).
