Thats a great idea and a lot of work to put together, good job. I'd suggest, if formatting permits, to include the BA Avios Awards in its own column though, it seems odd to refer to it being the best, but not have it appear unless you read through the notes - if it is the best several times as it seems it warrants its own column IMO (though I get that distance based makes it a little trickier).

If there isn't room I would suggest dropping Hawaiian or using the 'best' column for BA and using a symbol in the column that wins the prize for best value.
