Just called Lloyds to ask how far away I am from my 241 voucher as there is no way to tell online and online statements only go back 3 months.
Card services said they could only go back until February and Loyalty team said they can only go back until April so got bounced back to card services where someone opened a ticket and gave me a TMS reference number and said I would be called back within 3 days.
How lame is that? !!!
I urge everybody reading this to call them today and ask for this info so they will hopefully soon realise they need to provide this figure online when we log in!
I've solved this by looking at how much I've paid them so far.
