It seems that the issue started last week. An agent was able to put an AF segment on hold for me. When called back to add the remaining segments and issue the ticket, the nightmare began. It has been a week now, over 10 calls, and all agents have the same story: The AF/UX segments have availability, but when they try to book them, the system tells them that it's sold out.
