I am a huge fan of the rear-facing seats but I'll take the extra space and privacy in F if I have the choice. As tuolumne pointed out, if the angle bothers you due to the tilt of the aircraft, just don't go completely flat -- adjust the recline a little further up so that you're comfortable.
