Typical Delta international Economy fare: drinks after takeoff, followed by a hot lunch with beverage. You will have three lunch choices: i) hot chicken dish with veggies; ii) vegetarian pasta dish; iii) grilled chicken with salad (like a caesar salad-type entree dish) - this dish is cold. There will be a light snack before arrival (usually something hot like pizza or a calzone). IIRC, there is a also an ice-cream and beverage service mid-flight between the main meal and the snack.
All beer and wines are complimentary in Economy throughout the flight; mixed drinks however will set you back USD7.
