I've never seen cocktail picks on Delta before, but then I've never flown a Mai Tai-equipped route, either. Flight attendants sometimes skewer fruit on a bent cocktail straw, but I'm usually left to my own devices when fishing the lime out of my gin and tonic for another squeeze. Proper cocktail picks are a simple and inexpensive enhancement, and I wish Delta catered them in the forward cabin system wide.
