They updated the description from "up to 4 inches" to "2-4 inches". Extra recline is promised on 3 routes (ATL-HNL, SFO-JFK, and LAX-JFK) and not on any other domestic routes. The drinks and movies are not free on domestic flights (with a few specific exceptions).
Perhaps you may get an international configiration on a repositioning flight, but otherwise you are foolish to expect any benefits other than the promised extra legroom.
