ARCHIVE: Airbus A321 Transcon / A321T / "32B" 3 class (older posts)

A321 3 class ships are dedicated to JFK-LAX and JFK-SFO service at this time; they have 10F in 1 + 1 layout, 20J in 2 + 2, 72Y in 3 + 3 configuration (MCE rows 11-16); coded "321T" (32B on timetables). (Bulkhead row 11 has most legroom, but no window due to 3L and R doors.) All seats with 110 VAC and 5 VDC USB powered jacks. All Airbus narrow bodies and new delivery 738s (no word on retrofits) to get 15.4" / 39 cm PTVs with up to 200 movies, 180 television programs, 350 audio and 20 games; 8.9 inch PTVs in coach with free and paid content.

N.B. AA seems to be miscoding the two class A321 as "32B" in some timetables and itineraries; see 2-class 321 / A321 (miscoded 32B) added to the schedule (June 2014)

First delivery N101NN, Fleet No. 783, 21 Nov 2013.

AA118 Lv LAX 0700 Ar JFK 1530 Tue 7 Jan 2014 and AA133 Lv JFK 1545 Ar LAX 1925. SFO-LAX begins 6 Mar 2014.
