When my son was younger I always called the hotel to make sure my needs were met regarding a crib, pack and play, or whatever. A time consuming process... but I always felt it was necessary. In the past few years (he's now 10) I can mostly roll with the basics... either 2 queens, a king and a sofabed, a king and a roll a way, etc. I'd like to be able to just book the room on the web... add the number of adults, children (prompt for age). Let the web site compute my rate properly so I know in advance of any extra charges, etc.

This would be a nice enhancement to the SPG web site (and already common on other hotel booking sites), so families are able to book without the need to call the hotel... as well be more efficient for the hotel.
