Change fees are usually per person per transaction. So no matter how many flights in the journey you change at any one time, you pay only one change fee.
Can you provide a reference for this?
I recently needed to change a MAN-LHR-xxx booking (this was the return leg of the booking if that makes any difference) and was told it would be
2 x £60 to make the necessary changes.
