Taxi from Cusco airport to Novotel
I was just in Cusco. It seems like anyone with a car and some spare time is offering taxi service. When I wanted taxi service in the central area, I could never find a free licensed taxi.
However, if you stay at the Novitel you should not need a taxi, once you get to the hotel.
