Use the comment field when making reservations online.

I always ask Plat Concierge to place a comment in my award reservations if I'm going to Asia and Europe, since awards are for standard rooms only and a lot of European hotels do cannot have 3 people in a standard room. High end hotels will email you for clarification on age of child and possible roll away bed fees.
