I'm here now on my 2nd stay in about a year. It seems very consistent which is what I like and why I chose to stay here again even though my office is across the harbor and it takes me an extra 20-30 minutes each morning to get into work.

I booked the standard room both times, but both times was put on the SPG floor with a view facing the harbor.

Full breakfast for Platinum is included in the Cafe restaurant by the lobby

Free Internet for Platinum and the speed is actually decent

Access to the lounge on the 9th floor. I've never used this, so I can't comment on it, but it is nice to know about.

They also offer a number of awards that you can redeem SPG points for. Items like spa treatments, airport transfers, gifts, dinner, etc.
