You're not likely to get more Chase cards this soon. The HH/Conrad is a good suggestion. Very nice property. With HH Gold you can get upgraded and trade-in your laundry credit for lounge access (well worth it). Was there about 3 weeks ago, very professional staff and nice property.

Fairmont is also a great property. Was there about 2 weeks ago, crowded but liked it lots. Too bad nothing for MBS - that was my favorite.
