I hope you get appropriate and satisafctory responses from the other two parties who really messed up here big time. BA and BAA.
Thanks ^
I would like the opportunity to be involved and discuss the ongoing investigation, & be privvy to the final outcome of it (that I know is currently ongoing at a BA quite senior level), but I do appreciate the Data Protection Act is there for a reason, and doesn't really have discressionary clauses to allow bypassing it, otherwise it wouldn't really be worth having, so I am not really sure how much more I will be permitted to be involved in this now.
The important thing has been done...My Aunt has been safely returned home. What happens now is down to the 3 (or 4 if you include BMI, though I am not 100% sure they are involved at all, despite BA Customer Relations insisting to me that they were) companies invlolved and how determined they are to make sure that safeguards are put in place to ensure that something like this is not allowed to happen again.
I will, of course, keep everyone informed of any developments, and i am eternally grateful for the overwhelming support by everyone ^
Many thanks,
Kevin
