Airline ticket pricing is not as simple as:

((LHR-YVR-LHR) + (LHR-PHX-LHR)) / 2

Each destination will have a set of different price levels for different pricing buckets, not to mention ticket combination rules. Having booked at least 4 US multi-city WT+ to CW MFUs in the last 2 years, £1,150 is a steal
