I have no idea about the customs issues, but it shouldn't be a problem with security or anything like that.

Also, I would recommend making sure you have appropriate anti-static materials for packing them. Additionally, I think it would be wise to remove the CPU from the MB and replace the socket cover if it's currently installed in the MB.
