I've used Avis eToll in California previously and it would always beep when using fast track lane.

The other day I had another Avis with eToll while in California and I used a fast track express lane, I opened the etoll door when I got the car, but when I used the express lanes, it NEVER beeped when I went under the sensors.

I don't have to worry about a ticket as I later found out the lanes I was using allows 2 or more persons to use them without charge.

However, what about the Etoll device, why didn't it beep? Did it still likely work?
