Two great hotels. I feel with either you will be very happy. If you plan on spending more time within the hotel or at a specific restaurant, that can help you choose or if you are walking to a place that is closer to one hotel, that could be the reason to pick one over the other. I would not hesitate with choosing either, both are excellent.
