Hit FO in March on a trip to PUS, and haven't flown since. Had a business trip this week to CHA and figured I wouldn't get upgraded. Was shocked to see upgrade confirmed on Tuesday for COS-ATL on Weds (ATL-CHA was on a CRJ 200, so no upgrade possibility). I was thankful but figured it was a one off situation. I got to CHA on Weds, had a meeting on Thurs, and after the meeting I went back to my hotel and was again surprised to see that I had been upgraded on the ATL-COS leg on the way back. I got to the airport at CHA on Friday and was waiting to board, and they began boarding first class. As boarding for first was nearly complete they called my name and handed me a boarding pass for 2C.

Needless to say I'm very happy. 3 upgradeable flights since hitting FO and I was upgraded at the window with 2 of them and at the gate with 1 putting me at 100% upgrades since hitting FO. I realize this isn't the norm, and I won't expect it in the future, but it certainly feels good for now. I have another trip for work on Monday that is COS-MSP-PHL, and coming back PHL-ATL-COS on Weds and I fully expect to go 0 for 4 on upgrades, but it can't hurt to keep my fingers crossed.
