same as above except for 'partner paid' instead of employer paid. All the avios rewards will be from my avios balance and will all be booked seperately as one ways.
My proposed solution is:

PNR 1 - BHD-LHR-DFW-LHR-BHD
(i) You personally pay cash for two tickets
(ii) You take the e-ticket receipt for yourself from BA
(iii) Use the e-ticket receipt to reclaim the fare from your employer
This will indicate to BA that you are travelling together, which may help with seating etc...

PNR 2 - DFW-LAS-DFW-SJD-DFW
(i) You personally pay Avios for two tickets
(ii) Call BA and ask them to 'link' the two PNRs
This will indicate to BA that you are intending to connect to a BA flight from a oneworld partner and hence allow them to prepare to accommodate you in case of IRROPS
