Ok so I have a conference in January in Texas. My employer will pay my fare to it. My partner wants to come too and we want to take two side trips also. Do you think if I get all these booked could I phone BA and get them all put on the same itinerary?

Me:
BHD-LHR-DFW (employer paid)

DFW - LAS (avios reward)
LAS - DFW - SJD (avios reward)
SJD -DFW (avios reward)

DFW - LHR - BHD (employer paid)

Partner:
same as above except for 'partner paid' instead of employer paid. All the avios rewards will be from my avios balance and will all be booked seperately as one ways.



Can BA combine the whole lot into one itinerary? for the sake of cancellations etc?

as for the employer paid things, I assume it is done through a TA but I will have access to the manage my booking thing.
