Just signed up for and downloaded KVS Tool. When searching for award availability I'm getting a "No Award Availability" result. I'm searching for a Nov 17 flight from RIO to PHX on One World Alliance, tried searching by leg through MIA.

I entered my BA account in the settings tab and used the following for the search.

Method: Amadeus: Awards/BA-OneWorld
Awards/Upgrades Tab
From: RIO
To: MIA
Date: 17 Nov 2012
Airline: *0 OneWorld
Cabins: All
Sort by: Connections

Hit "Go" and I get no award availability.... where am I going wrong?
