As an OW elite you should be allowed to select seats even if booked in X, so a call to CX should resolve this issue.
Ok thank you. I just noticed CX assigned us window seats in back-to-back rows... I will call to see if I can get something better but I wish I could just look at a seat map online and do it myself.
