Hi, and thanks ever so much for taking this on board. Someone else had mentioned your name to me, but I didn't want to presume upon you, but I'd very much apreciate it if you could take a look into this for me.
Oh, and I got my Aunt to add my name to her BA booking so that her BA flight details could be discussed with me...it's how I was able to chat with BA CR people about it earlier today. I hope the note on the account is still there, and can still be used.
I shall PM my Aunt's flight details to you.
