So I am:
1. Not a RC Residences owner; and
2. Never had any sort of Marriott card.
The consensus seems to be that I could get this card and first year waived, with at least 50k points, and maybe even 70k. Does that seem right?
Thinking about doing another mini app o rama today or sometime soon.
