Bar tips are in custom and tradition reckoned to not exceed 10%, but in half-price or special periods might be increased slightly, especially in the case of "composed" cocktails, but for drawing or opening a beer or pouring a glass of wine?

Don't feel badly for the barman. He/she splits the waitpersons' tips in almost all oases.
