In Short, your answer is No.

In fact, this could potentially be a 60k redemption, as according to GC Map, the whole trip is 5071 miles. See the below point:

General Conditions

Award zones are based on the one-way distance between the origin airport and destination airport. If connecting sectors are involved, the sector distances should be added together to determine the total one-way distance and the applicable award zone. Unless indicated otherwise, the awards in the table apply to round-trip flights.

You should actually be charged for the following sectors
SIN-HKG-PVG
PVG-HKG-BKK-SIN

which is 5071 miles... GCmap could be slightly off... which would only put you in the 45000 mile bracket.

there's ZERO CHANCE this is going to be able to be booked with 30k miles in whY class.
