Hi guys,

I've frequently rented from Hertz Manhattan locations, and it seems that the reps don't know / don't care about the President's Circle Guaranteed one-car-class upgrades. I've gotten responses such as "that only applies to airports", to "we don't have any other cars", etc. Meanwhile, there are clear upgrades sitting in the lot that they don't want to part with (or are reserved by someone paying more for them). Seems to be applied if available...

What has your luck been with upgrades, and what has worked to "educate" the reps?

Let me know if there is anything that I'm missing in the terms / conditions of this benefit.
