So Qantas is currently having an ex-AU sale which includes BA codeshare flights. I've booked into Club World on the BA28 from Hong Kong to London. If there was a small miracle and CW>F availabilty where to come up would I be able to upgrade using Avios? It's a BA flight but Qantas are actually the travel agent. With the rules recently changed regarding travel agent bookings does this mean that I should be able to upgrade?
