Lloyds told them that I am not due any bonus Avios at all for my 4th statement period! That means that they are not even giving me bonus Avios on spend between my statement date and the date 3 months after the annual fee was charged.
I am obviously not going to accept this. May I ask which route you went down to get them to award bonus on spend until 3 months after activation date? Did you contact Avios or Lloyds? Any emails or telephone numbers in particular that I should use?

So I called the Lloyds Avios number (0845 606 2177) six days ago about the above matter. I was told they'd look into it and send me a letter within seven days. And lo and behold - today I got a letter stating I will be awarded a further 21302 bonus Avios. This is the
exact amount of bonus Avios I was missing as it covers the part of the 4th statement falling within three months of the annual fee charge. This was calculated based on when the spend actual took place as opposed to "date entered" by Lloyds.
This is the only time I've had to chase Lloyds during this promotion and they've responded promptly and satisfactorily indeed. I shall not take anything for granted until I actually see the points sitting in my account though!
